How long does my order take to ship?

• The production time for an order depends on various factors such as product order size, time of year, and product availability.

• In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-7 business days or sooner.

• It typically takes 2-5 days for domestic delivery.

• Items being delivered internationally may take longer. (coming soon)

• If the order has 12 or more items there may be a slight delay.

• Please refer to your invoice first as the information regarding your order delivery may already be provided.

Do you offer international shipping? 

• We do not ship items to Europe, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

• Some items may not be available to be shipped.

• Snatched and Fit will offer international shipping soon.

What is your return policy? 

• We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.

• We do not offer an exchange for a different size or color.

• All customers must report the issue regarding the damaged or defective item within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

• We require customers to provide a clear photo or photos of the damaged product to qualify for a refund or replacement.

• If the replacement is granted. It will be the same size and color.

• Please return the purchased item to the location where the item was shipped when directed by Snatched and Fit. That information is located on the package delivered to the customer.
